Zechstein Magnesium Oil is a super saturated solution of Magnesium Chloride sourced one mile below ground from the ancient Zechstein seabed, 250 million years old. It is naturally purified, condensed and protected from modern environmental pollutants. The solution is known as 'Magnesium Oil' as it feels oily, but is not actually an oil.

Simply spray direct onto the skin, and massage in well, where it is absorbed transdermally. Some tingling of the skin may initially be experienced but this will pass with regular usage. Begin with one or two sprays on clean skin (can be wet or dry) ideally after bath/shower or before sleep. Dosage can be increased to 8 - 10 sprays (10 sprays delivers around 200mg (57% RDA) of absorbable magnesium).
